Die Idee dahinter ist, zum einen, dass es ein Objekt weniger am Spekulationsmarkt ist und zum anderen dass wir faire Mieten selbst gestalten können. Bei uns im Haus gibt es auch einen Veranstaltungsraum, in dem schon viele Konzerte und Vorträge stattgefunden haben, derzeit wird dieser renoviert.
